By submitting, you agree to our terms of service. Access 3D Services, a program of Access Independence Inc., a Connecticut nonprofit, provides additive/subtractive manufacturing, including 3D printing, scanning, design, CNC machining, woodworking, and related services. Purchaser ensures ownership and rights to submitted design files and indemnifies Access 3D Services against claims. Services and Printed Works are provided "as is" without warranty, with liability limited to $100 or the amount paid. Files may be deleted, and Printed Works not picked up within 30 days may be discarded. This agreement is governed by Connecticut law, and disputes are subject to its courts. Sales tax applies. Both parties act as independent contractors, and the agreement represents the entire understanding.
