CAD DESIGN
Utilizes digital 2D and 3D technology that can be used to design components or product, while using tools to assist in good design practice for ease of manufacturing. CAD can help a consumer iron out all the high end details that are required to keep the manufacturing costs down and fore see any issues that may arise during the project.
DESIGN ENHANCEMENT
The ability to take an already existing component or product and add our collection of expertise to make to stronger, easier to produce, and all around more efficient to minimize the time and resources need for the different phases of a project.
Production and Manufacturing
Utilizing our professional connections to find the best process that is needed for a customer’s project. If a process is requested that we are not currently using, we will find the proper facility to complete it based on our arsenal of partners both local and around the world.
REVERSE ENGINEERING
The ability to take an already existing component or product and create digital files to further design or analyze. This can be utilized for components that do not have existing digital files or can longer be found. This is typically utilized with measuring tools such as Calipers or Micrometer.
